The Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. Puerto Rico Employees Savings Plan offers you the opportunity to save for your retirement through pre-tax payroll contributions. Because Pacsun believes in the importance of financial security throughout your life, the company also matches your contributions!

OVERVIEW

  • You can start saving in the plan immediately upon hire or promotion to a benefits-eligible position (with a short administration set up time)
  • Associates are required to be at least 21 years of age to participate
  • You may contribute each payroll on a pre-tax basis through convenient payroll deductions, up to the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code maximum (currently $15,000)
  • The company will match your contributions at a rate of 100% on the first 3% you contribute and 50% on the next 2% you contribute each payroll
  • You are immediately 100% vested in your own contributions and the employer matching contributions
  • Eligible associates will receive an enrollment packet directly from Banco Popular at their home address on file
  • After receiving your packet, enroll by calling Banco Popular at 1-888-724-3657 or visiting https://www.yourplanaccess.com/banco/(plan number 930312012)
  • You have a variety of investment options to choose from and can make changes to contributions and investments at any time
  • Once enrolled, it’s important to verify your contribution rate on your UKG Pro pay statement; your first deduction should occur within two pay cycles after making your selection.
